How much does it cost?

Not as much as many people think. As our staff are trained to clean in the most efficient and effective way so they can achieve a lot of cleaning in a little amount of time. When you request a quote your local manager will get in touch to make a brief viewing appointment. They will take a good look around your home, discuss your requirements with you and provide an on the spot quotation.

There is no obligation. You can have as much time as you want to think about it and get back to us. If you give us the go-ahead we will schedule in a convenient date and time - either as a one-off or on a regular basis.

How long does each clean take?

That depends on your individual requirements and the amount of rooms to be cleaned. We do not quote on time, we quote for the job. This means you will pay the same amount each time regardless of how many cleaners are used or how long it takes. It will also give you consistency and put the onus back on us to get your cleaning done properly and efficiently.

Can I have a trial period?

A trial period is not really required as you can cancel your Affinity Home Cleaning service at any time. Just call us up. There’s no obligation with a regular clean to continue the service - but if there is anything you’re not happy with, please tell us as soon as possible. We will always try to resolve or improve on any issues rather than lose you as a valued customer.

Can I get a quote first?

What about a key - or access to my home if I’m out or at work?

That is not problem. We hold keys for most of our customers as a lot of them are either at work or would prefer not to have to schedule their day around the cleaners.

Keys are tagged with a unique serial number, NOT tagged with your address so that in the very unlikely event of a mishap your keys could not be identified by anyone finding them. Information regarding your keys can only be accessed by your customer service manager. Keys are only issued on the day needed and always returned at the end of each day.

Because our interview, training and vetting procedures help ensure our staff are all highly dependable, careful, discreet and trustworthy. Are they insured?

Yes - fully. Our comprehensive insurance is second to none. All your contents are covered by our insurance for any eventuality. Your home itself is covered by our insurance so, for example, in the unlikely event of a cleaner dislodging a pipe we are covered for all repairs to said pipe and for any damage caused by the leak. Finally all Affinity staff are covered by our insurance for any accidents or injuries they may sustain in your property.
